This is simply appalling. There are increasing amounts of vandalisms going on. Just read the papers about the numbers of smashed windows in houses and cars. Most likely unsupervised kids. all being “raised” by parents who could care less. Thankfully, we pay for their rent, cilco, food, etc. so they can devote all their attention to now raising their children.
