		<description>I agree.  The liquor commission is not the Department of Pre-Crime (ala Minority Report).  The problems that location has had are in the past.  If the council denies the request, it will be tantamount to an admission that "Renaissance" is a misnomer -- that they believe the area is and always will be the same as it's always been.</description>
