Cook like PeoriaIlliniosan in 6 easy steps
1. Scan the cupboards to see what is available, keeping in mind that you will be the only one eating this.
2. Pour all tomato mixes available into a big pot. (ran out of Rotel, darn it)

3. In a skillet, stir-fry whatever is available in the freezer. Tonight it was frozen proscuittio, green onions, mushrooms, and a frozen bag of fajita peppers and onion mixture.

4. Add whatever spices are available; mix with sauce and simmer.
                ÂÂ
5. Start a pot of water and figure out what kind of pasta you have to cook. I have one bag of Mona’s meat tortellini, and one bag of Mona’s cheese tortellini available.

6. Drain pasta and stir in sauce. Serve with beer and the golf channel.
