This is why I donated $1 million to the project! I have always questioned the board and those involved with the business end of the zoo and its operations [PPD]. I think that the zoo, and any other WORTHWHILE project in this city falls victim to the same 'small' group of villainous rogues in charge of everything in Peoria. I know....here I go blaming big brother again. An excellent zoo will, in my humble opinion be far more of a draw than an overpriced museum. More bang for the buck [and doe]. SC Sir,
