Name This Peoria Landmark is Stumped!

Angie took this photo for NameThisPeoriaLandmark #120. Although it was on my short-list of places to visit, had I not been told where this was, I would have never guessed it either.

Civil War section of Springdale Cemetery

I have no idea where this picture is

    The first place that entered my mind was Jubilee Park. Guess I’m stumped too.

    Here is and out there guess: The old pet cemetery located, I think, just outside lower Springdale Cemetery??

    Can it be the cemetary on the grounds of the old state mental hospital in Bartonville. If so, it is a cemetary holding the remains of mental patients who died without family.
