I think that the Riverstation is the best restaurant in the entire state of Illinois. The food is the best quality that anyone can receive, and it sure seems that they're cooks know what they are doing. The whole experience of the restaurant is absolutely amazing. I think all of you should without question go in and visit them at the Riverstation. You should also ask if they are serving the fillet special, and if they are you should get it. We got it and it was amazing.

The service fee and gratuity are one in the same. I am working with our computer company MICROS to have the wording changed. The system adds the gratuity in an itemized fashion on the ticket as gratuity and then subtotals the ticket at the bottom ading them all together but calling it a service fee. I understand your question and it has been driving me crazy trying to get it changed. Bottom line is that the gratuity is only charged once on large parties. Sorry for the confusion.

My friend just had lunch with some co-workers at the River Station. There were nine people so 20% gratuity was included. Then they noticed that each of them had a $1 service fee. Any idea? I've seen this done in larger cities but not here.
