Golf is not strenuous. That’s why 80 year old men can do it every day. I sweat when I golf, but that’s because I’m horribly out of shape and sweating off the previous night’s beverages.
When it’s your first full round of golf of the year, it’s 90+ degrees and the round is approaching the 6 hour mark, it can wear you out. Not to mention the 80 year old guy who sticks everything from 150 in to about 2 feet. Luckily it was a scramble and he was on my team!
