Peoria Illinoisan

I’ve never claimed to have a degree in journalism, although sometimes I fake it (not very well, I might add,) nor have I ever claimed to have had any training in photography, although I try to fake that as well.

So I was excited when I found a new site via Peoria.com called “Peoria In Pictures.” which had a subtitle of “My first impressions of your town and surrounding area.” Curious yet? Maybe a little scared? I was…

I’m an Hispanic chick who grew up in the southwest eating beans, rice and chile rellenos at least once a week. I recently relocated to Peoria where I’m looking for a way to fit in.
