No joke. My nature loving daughter and her friend somehow noticed a small patch of grass actually moving up and down. Upon removal of a loose tuft of grass, they found 4 little guys curled up in a small depression in my backyard.

Cute, eh? I’ll have to be careful with the lawnmower…

My kids found bunnies about 2 years ago, right in the middle of the yard! It was so hard for them to leave ‘em alone. I hope yours fare better than ours.

Mama Bunny is keeping close watch and I’ve told my kids that they can peek but don’t touch and put the grass blanket back over them when they’re done. So far, so good.

Hey, these are cute. I really like baby bunnies, and behind our bush in our back yard, we always have baby bunnies in the summer. And they’re really really cute because Mommy points them out.

Second round this year and there are tons already, to many bunnies is not a good thing, unless you are a coyote or a hawk. The squirrel population is way up as well, should be a big winter for fox and coyote in town.
