You must not travel on that stretch of road very often. It sucks.
Being serious, I’m sure there was moisture under the patches which froze and made it rise. Come summer, the moisture should leave and the asphalt should soften up enough to get tamped down. Until then, I may start taking the interstate to work again, as I did home tonight.

When spring comes those bumps won’t tamp down. They will be pot holes. Whoever filled them timed it the repair very poorly.
