I’ve had that same problem… it’s one of those lights that changes even when there is no traffic on Radnor. Not only that, but it seems to give Radnor the same priority as Willow Knolls.
If you’re able to make it to the shopping center drive, just turn in there and drive around to Radnor. The light will still be green and you’ll save yourself about 2 minutes.

Look carefully for the stormwater drain inlet exiting Lake from White Oak Park. Or maybe you have already hit it.
