I dunno – it was pretty obvious to me – made me chuckle; but you don’t subscribe to the paper, Billy, so you probably read this stuff previously without the context of where they were placed.

Whether it was intentional or not I have no idea, but I thought the story about the thunderstorm might be better served using the word “Boom” instead of “Bang”

Thunderstorms don’t bang – guns do.

Oh – and Jimmy – remember the movie Twins…

I wondered about the headline, too, especially in light of all the summer shootings that seem to happen. I was thinking it was a writer’s inside joke.

I think you missed it Jimmy… it was the headline combination that was funny… not either one of them on their own.

“Canton pares list to two” also fits in with those headlines.

That’s a headline you would see in a major city newspaper like Sun-Times or NY Post, or even the Plain Dealer. I don’t see a problem with it at all. Is it untrue? Is it even humor? It’s not humor and it isn’t untrue. How many others have complained it as offensive. I think most people got it.

So are you the same guy that is Peoria Pundit?
