Stop forcing me to go green. I’ll go when I’m good and ready.
Nothing wrong with being green, but corporate America somtimes drives me nuts. If you see an ad about them wanting to save the planet it is mostly a lie. They care about profits, plain and simple. That’s what they’re in business to do – make money. Although there is no mention of the environment, it irks me when I get a message like the one I got today from CitiCards while simply trying to view my account activity.
By clicking the I Authorize button, I confirm that my computer meets the minimum system requirements, and my computer is capable of printing or storing a copy of my billing statement in PDF format. I also agree to stop receiving my paper statement and receive my Citi® Card card billing statements electronically only. (You may get one more paper statement, but you should stop receiving them by your next Billing Cycle.)
I just want to view my activity and I would like to keep getting a hardcopy in the mail. Is that too much to ask?
